I would suggest watching the very bingable new pilot from Amazon, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2017) season 1, which I finished just before New Year’s Eve. I give it 5 stars. Probably one of the funniest and wittiest shows seen in a long time. It is about a housewife in the 1950s who decides to become a stand-up comic. See trailer below.
